特殊人群的用药安全影响因素以及药师干预作用分析

摘要
目的:探讨特殊人群的用药安全影响因素及药师干预作用。方法:选择特殊人群所使用的168种药品进行回顾性分析,收治患者214例,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组107例。试验组患者进行药师干预,对照组患者不进行药师干预。结果:监护人态度、药物认识程度、医嘱执行情况等因素和特殊人群用药安全有着一定的影响(P<0.05)。试验组患者住院时间明显短于对照组,住院费用、抗菌药物费用也明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:特殊人群用药安全影响因素包括监护人态度、药物认识程度、医嘱执行情况等,而药师干预则能进一步改善错误用药等现象。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of drug safety and intervention effect of pharmacists in special populations.Methods:We conducted a retrospective analysis of 168 drugs used by special populations.214 patients were selected,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given pharmacist intervention,while the control group did not intervene by pharmacists.Results:The attitude of guardians,the degree of knowledge of drugs,and the execution of medical orders had a certain effect on the safety of drug use in special populations(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the cost of hospitalization and antibacterial drugs were also significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influencing factors of drug safety in special populations included guardians' attitudes,drug awareness,execution of medical orders,pharmacist intervention can further improve the phenomenon of incorrect medication.
