摘要
为了支撑泛在电力物联网战略发展,深化推进综合能源服务,为智慧城市建设提供整体解决方案,研发了区域智慧能源综合服务平台并进行了应用探索。阐述了平台的总体定位、服务对象和功能设计;按照能源物联网感知层、网络层、平台层、应用层设计了平台的4层架构,提出了"混合云"的架构模式;最后介绍了平台支撑区域能源运营,开展电能质量监测、能耗分析、虚拟电厂、智能运维等,以及平台在各省市区域内的实际应用情况,为智慧能源综合服务平台的设计、开发和应用提供了一种可行方案。
        In order to support the development of the ubiquitous internet of things in electricity strategy,promote the integrated energy services,and provide a total solution for the construction of smart cities,a regional smart energy integrated service platform is developed and explored for application. The overall positioning and the service targets of the platform are expounded. The fourlayer architecture of the platform is designed according to the energy IoT,i.e. terminal layer,network layer,platform layer and application layer,and the architecture model o"f hybrid cloud" is proposed. Finally,it introduces the energy operation of the platform supporting area,carries out power quality monitoring,energy consumption analysis,virtual power plant,intelligent operation and maintenance,etc.,as well as the actual application of the platform in various provinces and cities. It provides a feasible solution for the design,development and application of a smart energy integrated service platform.
