摘要
利用齿轮啮合原理,由刀具方程推导出螺旋锥齿轮的齿面方程,使用MATLAB软件进行编程求解齿面模型非线性方程,得到齿面点数据文件,导入UG软件,构建三维模型。通过对传统机床、Free-form型机床与CNC加工中心的结构分析,得出相应的参数转换关系;基于立式加工中心确定了刀盘切削螺旋锥齿轮的编程方法与数控加工策略,利用VERICUT软件进行了仿真加工;最后,进行了齿轮配对试验。仿真与试验结果基本一致,验证了四轴加工中心加工螺旋锥齿轮的可行性。
        The gear meshing theory was applied to deduce the tooth surface equation of the spiral bevel gear according to the cutter equation, and then the non-linear equation set of the tooth surface equation was solved by programming with MATLAB software to get the files about the point data of the tooth surface, which was imported into UG software to construct a three-dimensional model. After the structural analysis of traditional machine tools, Free-form machine tools and general CNC machining centers, corresponding parameter conversion relationship was achieved. Based on the vertical machining center, the programming method and NC machining strategy of cutting the spiral bevel gear with cutter were determined, and simulated machining was carried out by using VERICUT software. Finally, the gear pairing test was conducted, the test results were basically consistent with the simulation ones, which verified the feasibility of machining the spiral bevel gear with four-axis vertical machining center.
