摘要
随着计算机技术的迅猛发展,基于模型诊断方法逐渐成为了故障诊断领域研究的核心方法;为了建立基于模型故障诊断的模型基础,针对基于模型诊断中常用模型存在着的缺陷,依据产品设计认知过程的功能-行为-结构模型,分析了产品功能、结构与状态之间的关系,提出了功能、结构与状态模型的构建原理和构建思路,构建一种基于功能-结构-状态的故障诊断黑箱模型,应用于机械、电子类设备的基于模型诊断中;最后,以一个加乘法器系统为例,分析该加乘法器系统的功能、结构与状态关系和预测输入输出。
        With the rapid development of computer technology,the way of model-based diagnosis has become the core way of the fault diagnosis field.In order to provide the model for model-based diagnosis,the existing defects of common model are considered,according to the function-behavior-structure model of the product design cognitive process,the relationship between function,structure and state is analyzed,the black-box function-structure-state model is proposed.And this model has been modeling in order to diagnose the mechanical and electrical equipment.At last,an addition-multiplication system is taken for example,and the relationship of function,structure and state is analyzed,the input and output are forecasted.
