中原肉羊优势区肉羊产业发展问题研究——以安徽省为例

摘要
安徽省隶属于我国中原肉羊优势区域,紧邻羊肉消费量较大的江浙发达地区,无论是从产业优势还是市场需求来看,均具有一定的市场前景和发展潜力,但其目前发展中也存在一定的问题。文章以安徽省为例,运用近年相关统计数据分析了安徽省肉羊产业的发展现状和存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。结果表明:安徽省肉羊发展在保持其现有优势的同时,更需要解决其目前发展中存在的问题。政府和有关部门应大力保护和改良本地品种;加强优质安全饲草供应体系建设;推进适度规模经营,提高标准化水平;加强肉羊疾病综合防治和快速诊断技术;加快品牌建设,构建现代肉羊产业体系。
Anhui Province belongs to the meat sheep advantage area of the Central Plains,which is close to the developed areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang with large consumption of mutton. In terms of both industrial advantages and market demand,it has certain market prospects and development potential,but there are also some problems in its current development. Taking Anhui Province as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of meat sheep industry in Anhui Province by using relevant statistical data,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The results showed that the development of meat sheep in Anhui Province needs to solve the problems in its current development while maintaining its existing advantages. The government and relevant departments should vigorously protect and improve local breeds;strengthen the construction of high-quality and safe forage supply system;promote moderate scale management and improve standardization level;strengthen comprehensive prevention and treatment of meat sheep diseases and rapid diagnosis technology;accelerate brand building and build a modern meat sheep industry system.
