高桩码头桩基局部偏位的平面简化计算法

摘要
桩基础作为高桩码头安全的根基,占工程总造价的40%~60%,桩基在打设过程中受到波浪、水流、施工定位、地形、地质等多重因素的影响,其偏位超出规范容许值的现象较为常见,如果处理不当将对码头造成安全隐患。文中提出平面简化计算方法,对支座约束条件和荷载进行简化处理,引述力矩分配法辅助求解,最后与有限元空间计算结果进行对比,证明了采用这种方法能够快速估算桩基偏位对码头结构承载力的主要影响,能够满足工程设计需求,为处理高桩码头偏位桩基提供理论依据。
        Pile foundation is essential for the security of high-pile wharf, accounting for 40% to 60% of the total cost. Piling process can be affected by various elements such as wave, current, positioning, local topographic and geological conditions and so on. It has been a common thing that the pile deviation exceeds the allowed value during the construction. If improperly handled, it will cause potential safety hazards to the wharf. In this paper, a simplified plane method is proposed. The moment distribution method is introduced and applied to simplify the loads and boundary conditions of support restraint. Finally, the results are compared with the similar results obtained by finite element calculation. It is proved that this method can quickly estimate the main influence of pile foundation deviation on the bearing capacity of wharf structure and it could satisfy the engineering design requirements, which provides the fundamental basis for dealing with the deviated pile foundation of highpiled wharf.
