摘要
为了研究天然气管道爆破对同沟敷设管道性能的影响,基于管道断裂控制试验场开展的OD1219管道两次全尺寸气体爆破试验,利用相关测试设备,分析了两种不同的爆破方式对同沟敷设管道变形行为、管材性能的影响。研究表明:天然气管道爆破会引起同沟敷设管道发生明显的弯曲、压扁变形;主管串爆破后对邻近管道周边造成的冲击波和地震波的变化规律相似。针对同沟敷设管串,发生破裂的主管串管道的内压对邻近管道的影响是主要因素,而管内充装的介质是次要因素。当主管串发生破裂时,同沟敷设管道两端是否固定对其影响较关键。
        In order to study the effect of natural gas pipeline blasting on the performance of pipeline laid in the same ditch, two full-size gas blasting tests of OD1219 pipeline were carried out based on the pipe fracture control test field. Using related test equipment, the influences of two different blasting methods on the deformation behavior and pipe properties of pipeline laid in the same ditch were analyzed. Research shows that natural gas pipeline blasting can cause visible bends in the same ditch and flattening deformation. The shock wave and seismic wave around the adjacent pipe caused by main string blasting are similar. To ditch laying pipe string, director of string of pipeline internal pressure influence on adjacent pipelines is a major factor, but the tube burst media is the secondary factor. When the main pipe string ruptures, whether the two ends of the pipe laid in the same trench are fixed or not is critical.
