参芪扶正注射液联合常规西药治疗非小细胞型肺癌近期疗效观察

摘要
目的观察参芪扶正注射液联合常规西药治疗非小细胞型肺癌的近期疗效。方法选取晚期非小细胞肺癌患者80例,随机分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采用西药方案化疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合参芪扶正注射液治疗。2组均治疗21 d,观察对比2组治疗后的毒性反应评分变化、免疫细胞血清水平、治疗前后生活质量评分(kamofsky)以及临床治疗疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(92.50%vs70.00%)较对照组明显升高,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与治疗前比较,对照组治疗后T淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞血清水平均明显升高(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后B淋巴细胞血清水平明显升高(P <0.05)。治疗组治疗后T淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞以及B淋巴细胞血清水平均较对照组明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后kamofsky评分较对照组升高显著,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组药物毒性评分[(4.14±1.32)vs(8.76±1.92)]较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合常规西药治疗非小细胞型肺癌,相比单纯的西药治疗方案能明显减轻药物毒性反应,提高患者免疫功能及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 80 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group(n = 40) and control group(n = 40). The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 21 days. The changes of toxicity response,the serum level of the cells, the life quality score before and after treatment and the clinical therapeutic effect were observed. Results The total effective rate(92.50% vs 70.00%) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the serum levels of T lymphocytes and natural killer cells were significantly increased in the control group(P < 0.05). The serum levels of B lymphocytes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The serum levels of T lymphocytes, natural killer cells and B lymphocytes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The score of kamofsky in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The drug toxicity score(4.14±1.32 vs 8.76±1.92) in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer can receive a good clinical efficacy. Compared to simple western medicine treatment program can significantly reduce the drug toxicity, improve the immune function and quality of life.
