摘要
文化艺术与多学科交叉教育是21世纪个性化创新人才培养的重中之重,新时期高等教育如何培养一大批能综合应用现代科学理论和技术手段,懂经济、懂文化艺术、会管理,兼备人文社会科学知识的高素质工程技术人才,依托高校办学优势,全面推进文化素质教育,结合学校工程训练中心的办学实践,丰富和完善创新人才培养体系,是高等院校特别是高等工科院校急需研究解决的现实问题。目前我国本科阶段的工程教育,无论在知识结构、课程设置、实践教学环节上,还是在课堂教学的内容、方法和手段上,都存在着一些急需改革和完善的方面。本文就陶艺与工程交叉实训法在个性化创新人才培养中的高等教育创新进行了初步研究,对新型高等本科教育改革具有一定的实践意义。
The education system intersected by culture, arts and multi-interdisciplinary subjects has already been seen to be of primary importance in the training of innovative talents in the 21st century. How to train a large group of manpower of high quality in the field of engineering and technology, who are well-educated in economy, arts and culture, management and have the capability in a comprehensive application of modern and contemporary scientific theory and technological means. How to set up, improve and perfect the innovative talents training system by taking good advantage of higher education and training practices in the engineering training center of the university for the purpose of strengtheuing the cultural education of high quality. Such vital realistic problems are now confronting universities and colleges, especially those of technology. In our country today, there are still some problems to be solved and improved in the engineering education during the undergraduate stage, whether in their knowledge structures, curriculum provisions and training practices, or in the contents, means and methods in the classroom instructions. The thesis provides a primary research into the creative ways of higher education in the training of individual and innovative talents intersected by the training methods of ceramics and engineering, which is of practical significance in the new form of higher education for the undergraduate stage.
