摘要
针对不锈钢地铁车辆单面点焊内外部质量问题,优化磁控单面点焊工艺技术规范,并与传统点焊对比,研究焊接参数、点焊方式等因素对点焊接头视觉外观、压痕凸起高度及内部组织的影响。结果表明:磁控单面点焊无论是外观质量还是熔核宏观质量方面均优于传统点焊,并对焊点形核能力有较大提升作用。
The technical specification of magnetic controlled single-side spot welding for stainless steel metro vehicles was optimized,the influence of welding parameters and spot-welding mode on the visual appearance,the indentation height and internal structure of the spot weld head were studied. The test results:magnetron sigle-side spot-welding is better than traditional spot welding in both appearance quality and macroscopic quality of fusion core,and it has a large positive effect on the nucleas forming ability of the weld spot.
