摘要
随着CFB锅炉大型化发展,炉内增加了屏式过热器、屏式再热器及水冷屏等屏式受热面,但在实际运行中存在着管屏变形及爆管等问题,影响机组的安全稳定运行。通过对管屏变形原因的分析,提出了解决管屏变形的措施,优化了整体结构,提高了运行的可靠性。
With the development of large-scale CFB boiler,platen superheater、platen reheater and water-cooled platen are arranged in furnace. Platen heaters deformation and tube explosion problems existed in the actual motion affect the safe and stable operation of boiler. By analyzing the reason of platen heaters deformation,putting forward some measures to solve platen heaters deformation and tube explosion problems,which optimize boiler overall structure and improve operational stability.
