摘要
对不同成分Mg-Ga-Hg-Ce-Y新型稀土合金进行铸造工艺试验,并进行了耐腐蚀性能、充放电性能和显微组织分析。结果表明,同时添加Ce、Y的新型汽车电池稀土镁合金的腐蚀失重率,较不含Ce、Y和仅含Ce的合金分别减少25%、9%;同时添加Ce、Y的稀土镁合金的放电容量保持率较不含Ce、Y和仅含Ce的合金分别提高5.4%、1.7%,表现出更佳的耐腐蚀性能和充放电性能。
The new type rare earth alloy Mg-Ga-Hg-Ce-Y for automotive battery was prepared by casting method,and the corrosion resistance,charge-discharge performance and microstructure of the alloy were analyzed comparatively.The results show that the corrosion weightlessness of the rare earth alloy with Ce and Y is reduced by 25%and 9%,respectively,compared with that of the alloy without Ce and Y and containing only Ce,and the discharge capacity retention rate is increased by 5.4%and 1.7%,respectively,presenting the better corrosion resistance and charge-discharge performance.
