吉林省居民对社区卫生服务的满意度及其影响因素

摘要
目的:调查吉林省居民对社区卫生服务的满意度及影响因素,为评价吉林省社区卫生服务发展状况和完善社区卫生服务体制提供参考。方法:对吉林省9个地区的居民采用拦截式问卷调查法,了解居民的满意度状况,运用因子分析法分析影响居民对社区卫生服务满意度的因素。结果:吉林省社区医疗卫生服务满意度为57%,不满意占18%,机构形象、健康服务问答、诊疗价值、综合性服务以及就诊的方便性因子得分分别为2.585分、1.585分、1.790分、1.990分、1.930分和2.780分。结论:吉林省居民对社区卫生服务外部建设满意度较高,对服务质量满意度水平较低。吉林省社区卫生服务需进一步加强内涵建设,完善社区卫生服务功能,从而提高居民对社区卫生服务的满意度。
Objective: To investigate the satisfaction and its influencing factors for the community health service of Jilin Province's residents, in order to provide reference for evaluating community health service's development and perfect its system. Methods: To understand the basic condition of residents' satisfaction by using intercepting questionnaire survey method of Jilin nine areas residents, then analyze its influencing factors using the factor analysis method. Results: Satisfaction degree of community health service is 57% as a whole while unsatisfied is 18%. The scores of organization image, health service questions and answers, value of diagnosis and treatment, comprehensive services and convenience factors were 2.585, 1.585, 1.790, 1.990, 1.930 and 2.780. Conclusion: Residents in Jilin Province have a higher level of satisfaction with the external construction of community health services and a lower level of satisfaction with the quality of services. So community health service of Jilin needs to be further strengthened to improve residents' satisfaction degree.
