摘要
针对现有钢丝绳漏磁检测仪体积、质量较大,操作不便等问题,研制了基于STM32F4芯片的嵌入式钢丝绳漏磁检测数据采集系统,主要包括探头的集成化整体结构、基于STM32F4芯片的数据采集及液晶显示部分的设计。最后,整机系统经过试验测试,结果表明该系统具有可靠性和实用性。
        Aiming at the inconvenient operation of the existing steel wire rope magnetic flux leakage testing instrument such as large volume and large quality,an embedded data acquisition system of steel wire rope magnetic flux leakage testing is developed based on STM32 F4.It mainly includes the integrated structure of probes,data acquisition and liquid crystal display part based on STM32 F4 chip.Finally,the whole system is tested,indicating that the system is reliable and practical.
