摘要
根据广东省某漂染污水处理厂的实际运行情况,对A/O与氧化沟工艺的能耗、处理效果等进行比较,分别分析了两种工艺在处理漂染废水方面的的优势和劣势。结合该污水厂的实际运行情况,建议大规模漂染废水生化处理系统宜采用水解酸化/底曝氧化沟工艺,且设计水解酸化池时应充分考虑泥水混合均匀及填料设置合理。该研究为类似工程的工艺设计、设备选型和技术改造提供了参考。
        Based on the operations of a bleaching and dyeing wastewater treatment plant in Guangdong Province,the power consumption,treatment effect using A/O process and oxidation ditch process were compared.The advantages and disadvantages of the two processes in treating of bleaching and dyeing wastewater were discussed.Hydrolysis acidification/bottom aeration oxidation ditch process was proposed for large-scale bleaching and dyeing wastewater treatment system.Full consideration should be given to mixing sludge and wastewater uniformly and to rational arrangement of carrier in designing the hydrolysis acidification tank.The findings provide some references for the process design,equipment type choice and technical transformation of similar projects.
