摘要
使用差示扫描量热仪(DSC),细致评估测试条件对铜箔基板(CCL)玻璃化转变温度测试结果的影响。结果表明,加大样品量、提高升温速率、裸露测试均能测出满意的玻璃化转变温度,裸露测试的效果最好。详细讨论测试条件影响玻璃化转变温度结果的机理,提出用DSC测试转变信号弱样品玻璃化转变温度的优化方法。
        We evaluated the influence of different conditions for glass transition temperature testing of Copper Clad Laminate(CCL),those tests were performed by DSC. The results showed that the glass transition temperature was satisfactory by adding mass,increasing heating rate,placing the sample on sensor without pan,the result from placing the sample on sensor without pan was best. The mechanism of results affected by testing conditions was discussed. Optimization methods for glass transition temperature testing of weak transition signal sample with DSC were present in this paper.
