中医疏肝法治疗胃炎的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:对胃炎患者实施中医疏肝法治疗,观察临床疗效。方法:选取我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的80例胃炎患者,随机将其分成对照组与观察组各40例,对照组患者予以西药治疗,观察组予以中医疏肝法治疗,观察两组患者的不良反应发生率和临床治疗有效率。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.86,P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为12.50%,明显低于对照组的42.50%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.02,P <0.05)。干预前两组证候评分比较差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;干预后观察组改善情况优于对照组,P <0.05。结论:利用中医疏肝法对胃炎患者进行治疗,不仅可以显著提升临床疗效,还能降低患者的不良反应发生率,其疗效明显优于西药治疗法,具有极高的临床推广价值。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shugan therapy( 疏 肝 法) on gastritis. Methods: From June 2015 to June 2016, 80 patients with gastritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. 40 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated by the Shugan therapy. The adverse reactions and clinical efficiency in two groups were compared. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than77.50% in the control group(χ2=5.86, P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.50%, significantly lower than 42.50% in the control group(χ2=4.02, P<0.05). There was no significant difference of scores in two groups before the intervention,P>0.05; after the intervention, the improvement in the observation group was better, P<0.05. Conclusion: The Shugan therapy on gastritis can improve effects, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
