摘要
通过分析唐钢塞棒中间包寿命的影响因素,认为主要为塞棒抗侵蚀性能差,塞棒与上水口配合差,中间包冲击区部位抗侵蚀性差造成的影响。针对性的试验了新的塞棒材质和上水口结构,改进了塞棒与上水口配合,优化了中间包冲击区结构,使中间包寿命由6 h提高到15 h,实现了角钢生产高效化,节省了生产成本。
Through the analysis of the influenced factors of the life of stopper tundish in Tangshan Steel,it is found that the poor stopper anti erosion performance,the stopper and the upper nozzle with poor corrosion resistance and the effect of area difference caused by the impact of the tundish are the main factors. The life of the tundish is improved from 6 h to15 h by testing a new plug rod material and nozzle structure,improving the matching of plug rod and upper nozzle,the high efficiency of angle steel production is realized,and the production cost is saved.
