摘要
随着数字化信息技术的快速发展,媒介素养已经成为现代社会公民必备的一项基本素养。媒介素养是一个综合概念,不仅是一门知识和技能,更是一种态度和修养,其水平直接影响国家政治、经济和社会文化领域的健康发展。在大众媒介迅速发展的新时代,提升公民的媒介素养、加强全民媒介素养教育,需要多元社会主体力量的共同参与,采取阶梯化教育模式,对全体社会公民多路径、多层级、多样化地逐步推进,构建多维、立体化教育网络。
It is sure that with the rapid development of digital information technology,media literacy has become a basic literacy of citizens in modern society.Media literacy is a comprehensive concept.It is not only a kind of knowledge and skills,but also a kind of attitude and accomplishment.There is no doubt that civil media literacy directly affects the coordinated development of the national political,economic and social culture.Therefore,it is urgent to promote universal media literacy under the background of the rapid development of mass media in the new era.In order to improve universal media literacy,it needs the participation of pluralistic social forces to gradually promote the development in multi-path,multilevel and diversity by utilizing stereoscopic education model,and building a multidimensional education network efficiently.

(1)美国社会学家玛格丽特·米德在《文化与承诺》一书中,根据知识传播方式的不同将人类社会划分为前喻文化,并喻文化,后喻文化三个时代。在前喻文化时代,晚辈向长辈学习,知识以传承方式繁衍;在并喻文化时代,学习发生在同辈人之间,知识以平面方式扩散;而在后喻文化时代,长辈反过来要向晚辈学习,知识以解构、重构、反哺等多元化方式产生和扩散。
