摘要
"液压与气压传动"是一门注重培养学生应用能力的理实一体化课程。为了提高实验教学效果,本文以销钉压入装置为例提出了以具体任务驱动的实验教学改革方法。详细说明了设置工作任务、设计气压-电气回路、选取元件、安装调试和总结实验经验的方法。通过实验教学改革,学生能自主分析问题,独立完成工作任务,教学效果良好。
"Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission" is an integrated course which focuses on training students' application ability. In order to improve the teaching results of experiment course, this paper proposes the task-driven experimental teaching reform methods by taking pin press-in device as a teaching case. This study details methods for setting up work tasks, designing pressure-electrical circuits, selecting components, installing and debugging, and summarizing experimental experience. Students can analyze problems and complete tasks independently in experimental courses, the teaching effect is positive after the reform of experimental teaching.
