摘要

淮扬文化是一种具有鲜明区域特征的地域文化,它轻灵雅秀、果敢创新,具有兼容南北的过渡性和世界视野的开放性,呈现出有容乃大的宏伟气象。淮扬文化研究是一项崭新的学术课题、系统的综合工程,其基本内容包括淮扬文化整体研究、淮扬物质文化研究、淮扬精神文化研究、淮扬名人研究、淮扬文化文献整理研究、淮扬历史文化资源的再发掘与应用研究等。淮扬文化研究对探索中国人类起源和中华文化发展问题、对淮扬城市文化定位和文化精神的重塑,以及学科建设、人才培养等都具有重要意义。淮扬文化研究的主线是对淮扬文化性格与淮扬文化精神的探究。淮扬文化研究须超越淮扬地域本身,跳出淮扬看淮扬;须将淮扬文化置于宏观的历史过程之中进行历时性的综合考察;须将微观与宏观研究有机结合起来;须将淮扬文化与其他地域文化进行比较研究。具体研究中,应正确处理好淮扬文化的边界、淮扬文化的流变及其核心区域,以及淮扬文化与淮河文明、黄河文明、长江文明的关系等问题。
        Huaiyang culture is a kind of regional culture with unique regional characteristics. Being light and elegant, courageous and innovative, it combines with the transitional characteristics from the north and the south and the openness from the world view, which presents a magnificent scene that embraces all. Huaiyang culture research is a new academic subject and a systematic integration engineering, with basic contents including the whole Huaiyang culture study, Huaiyang material culture study,Huaiyang spiritual culture study, Huaiyang celebrity study, Huaiyang cultural literature study, Huaiyang historical and cultural resources re-exploration and application study, etc. Huaiyang culture research has is of great significance in exploring human origins in China and the Chinese culture development, positioning of Huaiyang city culture and reshaping of the cultural spirit, as well as the discipline construction, personnel training and so on. The main stream of Huaiyang culture research is to explore Huaiyang culture character and spirit. Huaiyang culture research should not limit by itself, but to jump out of the frame to study it; Huaiyang culture research should be put into the macro historical process to be comprehensively studied; the studies from micro aspect and macro aspect should be organically combined; Huaiyang culture research should be compared by other cultures.During specific researches, problems such as the border of Huaiyang culture, Huaiyang culture change and its core region, and the relations between Huaiyang culture and of Huaihe River civilization, Yellow River civilization and Yangtze River civilization should be correctly handled.
