摘要
探讨管式法高压聚乙烯装置反应峰背处分解反应发生的原因,提出了预防分解反应发生的对策和措施。对于高压聚乙烯装置来说,分解反应造成的损失是巨大的。如果发生分解反应,不仅会导致装置非计划停车,给产品质量造成不良影响,而且轻则需要对系统进行吹扫和置换后重新开车,重则还要更换被损坏的设备,甚至发生安全事故,给装置的安全稳定生产带来极大的威胁。因此,有必要认真探讨分解反应发生的原因,有针对性地采取有力措施,避免分解反应事故的发生,保证装置安全平稳的运行。
        This article has a discussion on the reasons the decomposition reaction occurs at the peak back of the reaction in tubular method LDPE plant, puts forward countermeasures and measures to prevent decomposition reactions occurring. For LDPE plant, the loss caused by the decomposition reaction is enormous. If the decomposition reaction occurs, not only will lead to unplanned shutdowns devices to adversely affect the quality of products, ranging from the need for the system and re-driving after purging and displacement, while also replace damaged equipment, and even a security incident, bring great threat to safety and stability of production. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully investigate the causes of the decomposition reaction occurs take effective measures in a targeted manner to avoid the decomposition reaction accidents, and ensure the device safe and stable operation.
