干气密封在液环真空泵上的应用

摘要
针对液环真空泵的机械密封泄漏严重、检修频繁等现象,通过分析其机械密封存在的问题,提出了将密封形式改造为双端面干气密封的方案。文章介绍了干气密封的基本结构和工作原理,指出了使用注意事项,将改造后的干气密封和辅助控制系统成功应用到液环真空泵中。通过长时间运行验证,解决了原密封存在的问题。干气密封无介质泄漏,维护简单,使检修次数得到大幅减少,延长了使用寿命,并极大地提高了设备运行的安全性和稳定性。
        Aiming at the serious leakage and frequent overhaul of the mechanical seal in the liquid-ring vacuum pump, this paper puts forward the modification scheme of transforming the seal form into double-end dry gas seal through analyzing the existing problems of the mechanical seal. It introduces the basic structure and operation principles of the dry gas seal, points out the precautions for use. The transformed dry gas seal and auxiliary control system have been used in the liquid-ring vacuum pump successfully. After long-running verification, the problems of the original seal have been solved. The dry gas seal has no medium leakage and the maintenance is simple. Thus the overhaul times are greatly reduced and the service life of the seal is prolonged. The safety and stability of the equipment operation are greatly improved as well.
