摘要
液环真空泵及罗茨真空泵构成了典型的真空泵技术,近些年,技术人员着手探究针对上述两类真空泵的组合技术措施。分析真空泵的基本运行原理,通过改造现有的常减压装置,结合液环泵及罗茨泵两类不同工艺,实现工艺组合,优化常减压装置的运行流程。
Liquid ring vacuum pump and roots vacuum pump constitute a typical vacuum pump technology. In recent years,technicians have started to explore the combination of technical measures for the above two types of vacuum pumps. The basic operating principle of vacuum pump was analyzed to achieve process combination and optimize the atmospheric and vacuum unit operation flow through the transformation of the existing atmospheric and vacuum unit and combining with liquid ring pump and roots pump processes.
