摘要

阐述了生产者责任延伸制(EPR)在废旧电子电器回收中的应用和在发达国家成功推行的应用模式,并借助PEST等分析工具,探析其在国内应用的现状和存在的问题。最后,根据分析结果进一步构想了基于EPR的可行废旧电子电器回收体系。
        In this paper, the application of the extended producer responsibility(EPR) system in the recycling of waste electrical and electronic devices is expounded and the typical successful cases in developed countries described. Next, using PEST and other analysis tools,the current situation and existing problems in its application in China are analyzed. At the end, according to the analysis, a feasible recycling system of waste electrical and electronic devices based on EPR is conceived in further detail.
