消肿活血汤配合TDP治疗桡骨远端骨折及对患者腕关节功能康复的影响

摘要
目的:探讨消肿活血汤配合TDP治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效及对腕关节功能康复的影响。方法:选取70例桡骨远端骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例)。对照组患者术后进行常规康复治疗。观察组在对照组基础上给予消肿活血汤配合TDP治疗。比较两组治疗前后腕部疼痛情况、肿胀情况、腕关节功能改善、并发症及治疗满意度情况。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分、肿胀度评分均显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组尺偏角、掌倾角及桡骨高度比对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疗后腕关节主动活动度优良率、捏力优良率、握力优良率以及腕关节功能总优良率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗观察组的PRWE和Sarmiento评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消肿活血汤配合TDP可显著减轻桡骨远端骨折术后患者腕关节局部疼痛及肿胀程度、促进腕关节功能的康复,临床疗效确切。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction combined with TDP in the treatment of distal radius fractures and its influence on wrist function rehabilitation.Methods:70 patients with distal radius fractures were selected.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table grouping method,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment after operation.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction combined with TDP.The wrist pain,swelling,wrist function improvement,complications and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and swelling score of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulnar deviation,palmar inclination and radius height of the observation group were significantly improved than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the excellent rate of wrist active movement,good rate of kneading force,good rate of grip force and total excellent rate of wrist function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PRWE and Sarmiento score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction combined with TDP can significantly relieve wrist pain and swelling after operation of distal radius fracture and promote wrist function recovery.The clinical effect is definite and can be further popularized and applied.
