绿茶对五苓散利水消肿的促进作用研究

摘要
目的:探究绿茶对五苓散利水消肿的促进作用。方法:采用耳缘静脉注射牛血清白蛋白法制备家兔肾性水肿模型,观察五苓散、绿茶和五苓散对肾性水肿家兔水肿程度及尿量的影响,并检测尿蛋白和血清IL-6含量。结果:五苓散可以改善肾性水肿家兔前肢肿胀,增加其尿量,并调节尿蛋白和血清IL-6水平。结论:绿茶对五苓散利水消肿具有促进作用,并能促进五苓散对肾性水肿引起的机体尿蛋白、血清IL-6水平异常升高的调节作用。
Objective: To explore the promotion of green tea on diuresis function and detumescence of Wuling powder. Methods: Renal edema in rabbit was induced by the method of bovine serum albumin injection into the vein of the rabbit ear. The effects of Wuling powder and green tea+Wuling powder on edema and urine volume in rabbits with renal edema were determined, and the content of urine protein and serum IL-6 were tested.Results: Wuling powder can reduce swelling degree, increase urine volume and regulate the level of urine protein and serum IL-6 level. Conclusion: Green tea can promote the swelling and detumescence of Wuling powder, and can promote the regulating effect of Wuling powder on the abnormal increase of the level of urinary protein and serum IL-6 caused by renal edema.
