摘要

针对新车型投产过程中工装的设计开发、数量核算、工艺流程规划进行了简要阐述,并重点选取涂装塑料工装安装位置、设计思路、选材、加工过程以及与金属工装的优劣势进行了分析对比。此外,塑料工装由于其加工精度高、利于间隙面差的调节、安装拆卸便捷等优势,值得推广和使用。
        In this paper, the design, development, quantity calculation and process planning of the jigs in the process of putting the new vehicles into production are briefly described, and the installation position, design ideas, material selection, process display and advantages and disadvantages of the painting plastic jigs are analyzed and compared with those of the metal jigs. In addition, the advantages of plastic jigs such as high processing accuracy, easy adjustment of gap surface difference convenient disassembly and assembly are worth popularizing.
