摘要
利用实验室自制提拉机,以不同制备工艺,包括制膜溶液浓度及提拉速度,制备了PEK-C树脂薄膜,测试了其厚度及厚度分散性。结果表明:薄膜厚度随着制膜溶液浓度及提拉速度的增大而增大,且分散性增大;在较低的速度区间(0.259cm/s~0.789cm/s)及较低的溶度范围(6%~11%),分散性较小,可用作制膜。
        PEK-C resin thin films were prepared by different preparation techniques, including solution concentration and drawing speed. The thickness and thickness dispersion of PEK-C resin films were tested. The results show that the thickness of the film increases with the increase of the concentration of the solution and the pulling-speed, and the dispersibility of the film increases with the increase of the concentration of the solution and the pulling speed, and in a lower velocity range(0.259 cm/s ~ 0.789 cm/s)and a lower solubility range(6% ~ 11%), the dispersibility of the film is less, and it can be used for the preparation of the membrane.
