摘要
根据最新颁布的《水质石油类的测定紫外分光光度法》(HJ970-2018)标准,对地表水中石油类进行不确定度评定,通过对标准溶液、标准工作曲线拟合、前处理过程等影响测定结果的不确定度分量进行分析,计算出测定结果的扩展不确定度,并找出影响该不确定度的主要因素。由此可知,紫外分光光度法测定地表水中石油类含量的不确定度的主要来源是标准曲线非线性引入的不确定度和实验中前处理过程的不确定度,本次实验所测海水中石油类浓度的不确定度报告为0.04±0.0018 mg/L。
According to the newly issued standard, determination of oil in water by ultraviolet spectrophotometry(HJ 970-2018), we evaluated the uncertainty to determine the concentration of oil in surface water. Through analyzing standard solution, standard curve fitting, pretreatment process, stability of experiments influencing the results of determination of uncertain degree component, work out the expanded uncertainty, and find out the influence of the un-certain factors. The results show that the UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of oil in surface water concentration uncertainty of the main source is the first process of uncertainty and standard solution. In this experiment, the uncertainty of oil concentration in surface water is reported as 0.04±0.0018 mg/L.
