摘要
随着我国航空事业的迅速发展,空中交通拥挤问题日益严重,造成的严重问题就是航班延误,如何合理分配空中交通流量成为近年来大家关注的重要问题。论文考虑基于机场和航路点约束的典型流量调配问题,通过引入传统调度问题思想,将问题转化为混合线性整数规划问题进行求解,从而提高求解效率,得到问题的全局最优解。最后经过数据试验验证建模的有效性。
        With the rapid development of the national air traffic,the air traffic flow is increasing day by day,and it becomes the main reason of flight delay. How to al ocate air traffic flow reasonably has become an important issue in recent years. In this paper, we consider the problem of typical traffic al ocation problem based on the airport and route point constraints. By introducing the traditional scheduling problem, the problem is transformed into a mixed integer programming problem and the global optimal solutions are obtained. Final y, the validity of the model is verified by the numerical tests.
