摘要
随着我国民航业的不断发展,航空器的数量不断增加,空中交通流量迅速增长,民航航班延误的情况时有发生。为解决空中交通拥挤,空中交通流量管理应运而生。通过对飞行流量调配技术的分析研究,针对飞行流量调配的影响因素众多、调配方式复杂等特点,文章引入专家系统,建立合理完善的飞行流量调配规则库,利用知识库和推理机以解决飞行流量调配的智能辅助决策问题,加快了民航空管系统的飞行流量调配速度,改善了飞行流量调配方案;有效地降低了航班的运行成本,增加了空域利用率。
With the continuous development of China's civil aviation industry,the rapid growth of air traffic result in flight delays occurred frequently,and then the air traffic flow management arises at the historic moment,mainly on the flight plan scientific flow planning.According to the characteristics of the air traffic flow management for a wide range and the complexity of the search space,this paper introduces the expert system to solve the flight traffic allocation decision-making problems.This will speed up the flight traffic allocation,improve the quality of the flight flow leveling schemes,and reduce the operating costs effectively and increase the efficiency of airspace using.
