乌灵胶囊联合小剂量奥氮平治疗功能性胃肠病伴不良情绪的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探索乌灵胶囊联合小剂量奥氮平治疗功能性胃肠病不良情绪患者的疗效。方法:随机将我院收治的100例功能性胃肠病伴不良情绪患者分成4组,每组25例,分别给予常规治疗、单纯乌灵胶囊治疗、单纯小剂量奥氮平治疗及小剂量奥氮平加用乌灵胶囊治疗,对比治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率、HAMD评分、BFS评分、GAS评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量评分优于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌灵胶囊联合小剂量奥氮平治疗功能性胃肠病伴不良情绪的疗效更好,有利于促进患者不良情绪改善及疾病的康复。
Objective: To explore the efficacy of Wuling capsule combined with low dose olanzapine in the treatment of patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases. Methods: 100 patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases accompanied by bad mood were randomly divided into four groups, 25 cases in each group. They were treated with routine therapy, Wuling capsule alone, low dose olanzapine alone and low dose olanzapine plus Wuling capsule respectively, and comparing their therapeutic effects. Results: The treatment efficiency, HAMD score, BFS score, GAS score and Pittsburgh sleep quality score of the observation group were better than those of the other three groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Wuling capsule combined with low-dose olanzapine is more effective in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases with adverse mood, which is conducive to the improvement of patients' bad mood and the rehabilitation of the disease.
