围压对锚杆砂浆锚固力影响的试验研究

摘要
锚杆作为边坡支护的一种常用手段,其抗拔力受周围岩土体围压影响,进而影响边坡稳定.针对围压对砂浆试件锚固力的影响及其破坏形态进行试验研究,得出以下结论:单向围压力在0~100kN范围内,随着围压力值的增大,抗拔力逐渐增大;当单向围压力达到70~90kN时,抗拔力增长趋势较围压力0~70kN时逐渐放缓;随着围压力的增大,试件破碎程度逐渐减弱,从砂浆碎裂、锚杆拔出到砂浆只有裂隙、锚杆脱粘,而不碎裂.
        As a commonly-used method of slope support,the anchorage force is affected by the confining pressure of surrounding rock and soil,which affects the stability of the slope.In this paper,the effect of confining pressure on the anchorage force of mortar specimens and its failure modes are studied experimentally,and the following conclusions are drawn:One-way confining pressure is in the range of 0~100 kN.As the surrounding pressure increases,the pull-out force increases gradually.When the one-way confining pressure reaches 70~90 kN,the pull-out force growth trend is gradually slower than the confining pressure 0~70 kN.With the increase of the confining pressure,the crushing degree of the test piece gradually weakened.From the cracking of the mortar,pulling out of the anchor rod to the mortar,only the cracks and the anchor rod de-bonded without cracking.
