摘要
在以减压渣油为主要原料的青海省格尔木市格尔木炼油厂重油催化裂化装置进行CDOS渣油裂化催化剂的工业应用,结果表明,在平衡催化剂总重金属污染超过25 000μg·g~(-1)条件下,总液体收率达到81. 1%,仍然维持较高的活性和较大的比表面积。
        Industrial application of CDOS catalyst was carried out in heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Golmud refinery using vacuum residue as raw material. The results of industrial application showed that,when total heavy metal pollution of the equilibrium catalyst exceeded 25 000 μg·g~(-1),the catalyst still maintained high activity and specific area,total liquid yield reacheed 81. 1 wt%
