摘要
负温套筒灌浆料对满足冬季预制构件灌浆连接的施工要求,具有十分重要的意义。为了充分发挥普通硅酸盐水泥-高铝水泥-硫铝酸盐水泥三元体系的强度优势,考察了在普通硅酸盐水泥中单掺高铝水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥以及复掺混合水泥对负温套筒灌浆料性能的影响。结果表明,同等掺量的条件下,灌浆料的强度为:复掺混合水泥>单掺高铝水泥>单掺硫铝酸盐水泥。3种水泥混合使用效果要好于单掺高铝水泥或单掺硫铝酸盐水泥,其最佳水泥复掺配合比为:普通硅酸盐水泥70%、高铝水泥20%、硫铝酸盐水泥10%。
Negative temperature sleeve grouting material has the very vital significance to meet the construction requirements of winter prefabricated grouting connection.In order to give full play to the strength advantage of ordinary Portland cement,high alumina cement,sulphur aluminate cement ternary system,single doped high alumina cement and mixture of sulphur aluminate cement in ordinary Portland cement and mixed cement on the properties of low temperature sleeve grouting material was investigated.The result shows that the strength of the grouting material is:double mixing cement>single mixed with high alumina cement>single sulphur aluminate cement under the condition of the same content.The mixing effect of the three kinds of cement is better than the single mixed with high alumina cement or single sulphur aluminate cement in ordinary Portland cement.The best ratio of cement composite is:ordinary Portland cement 70%,high alumina cement 20%,and sulfur aluminate cement 10%.
