摘要
为筛选出对番茄晚疫病有较好防效的拮抗细菌,从健康番茄根际采集8份土样,分离纯化得到54株菌株,经平板对峙法筛选出1株对番茄晚疫病病原菌拮抗效果较好的菌株FT-1,通过生理生化试验、形态特征观察对其进行了种属初步鉴定,鉴定结果为菌株FT-1属于芽孢杆菌属。
In order to obtain antagonistic bacteria against Phtophthora infestans( Mont.) De Bury,about 54 strains of bacteria isolated from 8 soil samples were screened with the agar plate diffusion method. After primary and secondary screening,the strain FT-1 showed the most significant antagonistic activity. After the morphological observation and a series of physiological and biochemistry experiments,the bacterial strain FT-1 wasprimarily identified as Bacillus sp.
