摘要
针对目前油田低产液井数量增多,测试难度不断变大的问题,研制一种可以在低流量下进行测试的流量测井仪。在电导相关流量测量原理基础上,对仪器传感器结构进行改进,用于低流量条件的测量。对截面相关流量测井仪在多相流实验装置进行油水两相流动态模拟实验,总结出截面电导相关流量测井仪在油水两相流低流量下的响应规律。实验数据分析表明,截面电导相关流量测井仪在油水两相流下的最佳测量范围为10 m~3/d以下。
In order to solve the problem that the numbers of low-production well and the difficulty of testing increased in oilfield, a flow logging instrument which can be tested at lower flow was developed in this paper. Based on the principle of conductivity cross-correlation flow measurement, the structure of the instrument sensor was improved, which can be used for the measurement of low flow conditions. The dynamic simulation experiment of oil-water two-phase flow in the multiphase flow test device was carried out to summarize the response law of the section conductivity cross-correlation flow logging instrument under the low flow of oil-water two-phase flow. The experimental data analysis shown that the optimum measuring range of this flow logging instrument in the oil-water two-phase flow was less than 10 m~3/d.
