杨氏手法加自制外翻支具治疗内翻型肱骨髁上骨折

摘要
目的:观察杨氏手法加自制外翻支具治疗内翻型肱骨髁上骨折的疗效,以进一步指导临床。方法:根据入院顺序,按照随机数字表分为试验组(杨氏手法加外翻支具)与对照组(常规手法复位加夹板固定),试验组40例,对照组32例。试验组与对照组均口服桃红四物汤2周,试验组采用杨氏手法复位,夹板固定2周后,换外翻支具固定,一直到骨折愈合。对照组按照常规手法复位,夹板固定,直到骨折愈合。治疗前后分别对两组Baumann角、肘关节功能进行计分评定,并判断治疗效果。结果:运用杨氏手法加自制外翻支具治疗内翻型肱骨髁上骨折,在肘关节两组Baumann角和肘关节Mayo功能评分上具有优势。结论:杨氏手法加自制外翻支具治疗内翻型肱骨髁上骨折效果肯定,值得推广应用。
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy Yang's manipulation plus homemade valgus orthosis on humeral supracondylar fracture of varus type. Methods: 40 cases in the experimental group was given Yang's manipulation plus homemade valgus orthosis; and 32 cases as the control group was given conventional manipulative reduction plus splint immobilization. All patients were given the Taohong Siwu decoction(桃红四物汤). Results: The Baumann angle and Mayo function score of the elbow joint in the experimental group were better. Conclusion: Yang's manipulation plus homemade valgus orthosis on humeral supracondylar fracture of varus type show a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
