摘要
提出生活垃圾以可燃组分干基形态入焚烧炉的垃圾焚烧发电预处理工艺,包括密度分选、压榨烘干两部分,通过密度分选去除不可燃烧垃圾,通过压榨和烘干降低可燃垃圾含水率,提高可燃垃圾入炉温度,增加其易燃性,达到提高垃圾焚烧发电效率、实现控污减排的目的。
The paper puts forward the pretreatment process of refuse incineration and power generation, by taking the domestic refuses as the combustible components and dry basis form to enter into incinerator. The process includes two parts of the density sorting, pressing and drying. The density sorting can remove the non-combustible wastes, and the pressing and drying can reduce the containing moisture rate of the combustible wastes. So that the process enhances the temperature of the combustible wastes in the incinerator, and increases its flammability, improves the efficiency of refuse incineration and power generation and realizes the purpose of pollution control and emission reduction.
