摘要
文章以提溴富集液为原料,开展氢溴酸与硫酸分离、氢溴酸精制提纯的实验研究。采用减压蒸馏、再沸腾的工艺,得到HBr含量为48.1%,HCl杂质含量为12 mg/kg的精制氢溴酸。采用精制后的氢溴酸与氢氧化钙反应,合成了溴化钙产品。
The extraction of hydrobromic acid and sulfuric acid and the purification and purification of hydrobromic acid has been studied by using bromine-enriched liquid as raw material.Using the vacuum distillation and reboiling process,a purified hydrobromic acid with 48. 1% HBr and 12 mg/kg HCl impurities has been obtained. The Refined hydrobromic acid reacted with calcium hydroxide to synthesize the calcium bromide product.
