摘要
基于直喷发动机的特性,马自达设计了一套怠速启停方案(SKYACTIV-G i-stop)系统,该系统利用膨胀缸热机启动技术与振动抑制技术,不但能够在0.35s内完成启动(转速0r/min上升至1000r/min),并在振动噪音、燃油消耗率和可靠性上具有优势。通过一系列安全舒适可靠性集成技术,攻克了怠速启停系统实用化的难题,是一套实用、可靠、稳定与安全的启停方案。i-stop系统处于行业内领先水平,本文对该系统进行概述。
Based on the characteristics of GDI engine, a set of start & stop system had been designed by MAZDA. It is called SKYACTIV-G i-stop system. The system not only could start up within 0.35 seconds(rotational speed rises from 0 r/min to 1000 r/min), but also had advantages in vibration noise, fuel consumption rate and reliability by using warm start mode assisted with expansion cylinder technology and vibration suppression technology. And through a series of safety, comfort and reliability integration technology, the difficulties of application of start & stop system had been conquered. It is a practical, reliable, stable and safe start & stop system. I-stop system is in the leading level in the industry and was described in this paper.
