内河船舶溢油建模与仿真

摘要
目前对于溢油行为的研究多集中于海洋,针对内河环境的溢油研究相对较少。内河溢油事故一旦发生,造成的危害更大、显现的速度更快。因此,针对内河航道的特殊性选取江西抚河部分河段进行了水动力学模拟,并以流场模拟结果的基础上,应用油粒子模型理论,建立了适合内河溢油事故的模型。模拟结果表明:模型较好地反映了风场、流场等条件对内河溢油事故的影响规律,模拟结果可为内河突发性溢油事故的应急处理提供技术支持。
        At present,the research on oil spill is focused on the ocean,and the research on oil spill in inland river environment is relatively few.Once the oil spill occurred in inland river,it will cause greater harm and appear faster.Therefore,according to the particularity of inland waterway,some sections of Fuhe River in Jiangxi Province were selected for hydrodynamic simulation.Furthermore,based on the results of flow field simulation,the oil particle model theory was applied to establish a suitable model for oil spill accident in inland river.The simulation results show that the proposed model well reflects the influence of wind field,flow field and other conditions on the oil spill accident in inland river.The simulation results can provide technical support for emergency treatment of oil spill accident in inland river.
