摘要
指出了当前钒钛生产面临的资源开发粗放、环境污染严重以及利用水平低等一系列问题。在此基础上介绍了资源综合利用效率较高、环境污染负荷较低的某钒钛磁铁矿中试项目生产工艺,并结合其具体的生产工艺各环节对生产过程中的废气、废水、噪声及固体废弃物等污染源进行了分析。阐述了二氧化硫、氮氧化物、烟尘及酸雾等废气污染物、生产、生活废水、固体废弃物的具体污染防治措施。在保证各项措施严格落实到位的基础上,其所采取的污染防治措施积极有效。
A series of problems faced by vanadium and titanium production are pointed out,such as extensive exploitation of resources,serious environmental pollution and low utilization level.On this basis,the production process of vanadium titano magnetite pilot project is introduced,and pollution source of waste gas,waste water,solid waste are analyzed.Pollution control measures of Sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,acid fog,waste water and solid waste are elaborated.Ensuring that measures are in place,positive and effective results can be obtained.
