冠心病致慢性心力衰竭治疗中应用他汀类药物的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨他汀类药物治疗冠心病致慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法选取襄阳职业技术学院附属医院2016年3月至2018年8月收治的冠心病致CHF患者120例作为研究样本,按照双盲法标准均分为参照组和干预组,前一组采取常规治疗,后一组在常规治疗的前提下加用他汀类药物治疗。比较两组治疗效果、心功能分级和临床指标。结果干预组总疗效高于参照组,心功能分级与临床指标均优于参照组,P<0.05,构成统计学意义。结论他汀类药物应用在冠心病致CHF患者中效果显著,有助于改善心功能,促进康复,值得深入推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of statins in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF) caused by coronary heart disease. Methods: 120 patients with CHF caused by coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to August 2018 were selected as research samples. According to the double-blind method, they were divided into the reference group and the intervention group. The former group received routine treatment, while the latter group received statins on the premise of routine treatment. The therapeutic effect, cardiac function classification and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups. Results: The total curative effect of intervention group was higher than that of reference group, and the cardiac function classification and clinical indexes were better than those of reference group, P < 0.05, which constituted statistical significance. Conclusion: Statins are effective in CHF patients caused by coronary heart disease, which is helpful to improve cardiac function and promote rehabilitation. It is worthy of further promotion.
