摘要
本文介绍了大连石化连续重整装置进料板式换热器压差升高的情况。通过流程模拟,计算出了板式换热器换热效率的下降幅度,总结了该换热器换热效率下降的影响,分析了造成板换压差升高的原因,为解决板换压差高的问题提供了理论依据。
This paper introduces the pressure difference increase of feed plate heat exchanger in Dalian petrochemical continuous reforming unit. Through the process simulation, the drop range of heat exchange efficiency of the plate heat exchanger is calculated, the influence of the drop of heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger is summarized, and the reasons for the rise of plate exchange pressure difference are analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for solving the problem of high plate exchange pressure difference.
