摘要
研究了一种利用溶解氧(DO)消耗来测定水样生物可降解溶解性有机碳(BDOC)的方法。从BDOC标准溶液配方、反应温度、流速、生物量等多个方面对实验条件进行考察,确定了最优测定方案。将乙酸钠和葡萄糖按碳含量比例50/50混合,经过梯度稀释制备BDOC标准溶液,将其充分曝气处理后,以7.5 m L/min流速经过50 cm3生物量的微型测试用生物滤柱,测定进水和出水之间的DO差值,建立DO消耗标准曲线。以相同操作条件测定待测水样的进出水DO差值,代入标准曲线拟合方程即可求出水样BDOC。利用该方法对实际水样的BDOC进行了测定,与动态循环法的测定结果近似。结果表明,本方法用于测定BDOC是可行的,具有结果准确、耗时短、操作简单等优点,可实现对实际水样BDOC的现场监测。
        A method used to detect biodegradable dissolved organic carbon( BDOC) by dissolved oxygen( DO) consumption was introduced in this paper. The optimal detection scheme was determined through investigation of various conditions,such as compositions of BDOC standard solution,reaction temperature,flow rate,biomass and so on. A mixture( carbon ratio 50/50) of sodiumacetate and glucose was diluted to prepare BDOC standard solution. After sufficiently aeration,BDOC standard solution flew through the miniature test biological filtration column filled with 50 cubic centimeter biomass at speed of7. 5 m L/min. The DO difference between inflow and outflow was measured to establish a standard curve on DO consumption. The DO difference of water sample was obtained under the same operating conditions,and the BDOC of water sample was calculated based on fitting equation of the standard curve. The BDOC of actual water sample was measured by the method above,and the results were close to that by dynamic loop method. Results indicated that the method is applicable to measure BDOC,with the advantages of accuracy of data,short time-consuming,easy operation,and the convenience of monitoring BDOC of actual water on-site.
