摘要
目的:设计一种呼吸机氧浓度中央监测系统,实现对多台呼吸机氧浓度的统一监测。方法:监测系统主要由氧浓度采集模块、无线发射模块、无线接收模块及中央显示软件等组成。中央处理器采用AT89C51主控制芯片,氧浓度监测采用KE-25传感器,将采集的氧浓度数值用无线发射模块发送到中央监测站的无线接收模块,在中央监测软件系统中显示氧浓度监测值。结果:监测系统实现了多台呼吸机氧浓度的统一监测和存储,氧浓度监测模块值与呼吸机氧浓度检测值相比,最大误差只为±3%,便于医务人员查看每位患者在治疗过程中的氧浓度设置情况。结论:呼吸机氧浓度中央监测系统能够记录患者在呼吸过程中氧浓度波动曲线,便于医务人员及时发现呼吸机氧浓度异常并加以记录,对于患者安全用氧具有重大意义。
        Objective: To design a central monitoring system for oxygen concentration of ventilator so as to achieve unified monitoring for oxygen concentration of multiple ventilators. Methods: The monitoring system was mainly composed of gathering module of oxygen concentration minitoring, wireless transmitting module, wireless receiving module, central display software and so on. The AT89 C51 master control chip was adopted as central processing unit and the KE-25 sensor was used to monitor the oxygen concentration. And then, the gathered oxygen concentration values were sent to the wireless receiving module of central monitoring station by the wireless transmitting module. Finally, the monitoring value of oxygen concentration was displayed on the central monitoring software system. Results: The monitoring system realized the unified monitoring and storage for oxygen concentration of multiple ventilators. Compared with the value of oxygen concentration of ventilators, the maximum error of oxygen concentration monitoring module was only(±3%). It is convenient for medical staff to check the settings of oxygen concentration of each patient at all stages of treatment. Conclusion: The central monitoring system of oxygen concentration of ventilator can record the fluctuation curve of oxygen concentration of patients in the course of breathing. It is convenient for medical staff to timely find and record the abnormal oxygen concentration of ventilator. It is great significance to safely use oxygen for patients.
