摘要
针对液体火箭发动机传统弯管工艺成形精度、一致性难以保证的问题,研究了导管数字化制造技术,重点研究导管逆向建模技术、导管精确成形技术和导管数字化检测技术,实现了液体火箭发动机导管制造信息从设计图纸、制造过程及检测技术的全过程数字化传递。
Since the precision and consistency of the traditional tube bending process of liquid rocket engine is difficult to guarantee, a tube digital manufacturing method is put forward in this paper. The tube reverse modeling technology, the tube precise forming technology and the digital measuring technology are studied in detail. Thus the digital transmission of manufacturing information of the liquid rocket engine tube is realized throughout the whole process from design drawing, manufacturing process and measuring technology.
