摘要
带电粒子束能谱测量的光学方法是一种基于获取带电粒子在气体闪烁体内发光图像的测量方法。它具有测量直观、能量分辨好、适用于多种带电粒子束能量测量、量程范围宽且简单方便可调等突出优点。该文简要介绍了气体闪烁体光学方法测量带电粒子能谱的基本原理、关键技术以及所涉及的主要过程。
        The optical method for measuring the energy spectrum of charged particle beam is a kind of measurement method based on the acquisition luminous image of the charged particles in the gaseous scintillation. It has many advantages such as direct-viewing, high energy resolution, suit to various charged particle, wide range and easy to adjust. In this paper, the basic principles, key techniques and main processes involved in measuring the energy spectrum of charged particles by optical method are briefly introduced.
